Scentsy Story
I started Smell Good Boy Wax because I wanted to see if I could turn something I genuinely love into something bigger. I’ve loved Scentsy for years, but this has become about much more than selling wax and warmers. I’m learning how to actually build a business — finding customers, creating content, hosting parties, learning what people love, and figuring things out as I go. I’m building a lot of this on my own, without someone walking me through every step, and I’m honestly proud of that. Every order, repeat customer, party and recommendation feels like another little piece of something I’m creating from the ground up. One of my biggest goals is to eventually have my own Smell Good Boy Wax booth at markets, fairs and local events — a space where people can actually come smell fragrances, see products, ask questions and discover something they love. I wanted to build a business around something I could genuinely stand behind, and Scentsy gives me that. I use the products myself, I get excited about the collections, and I’m not interested in recommending something just because I’m trying to make a sale. For now, Smell Good Boy Wax may still be a growing side business — but I’m taking it seriously, and I’m excited to see what I can build with it.
